They knew exactly how to deal with our insurance company and reassured us what would be paid for. They were friendly, professional and there was always someone on site over seeing the crew. We also received a discount on our home owners policy for the quality of roof we installed!

Nick helped me with multiple repairs to the builder grade roof that was on my house. I recently had a roof and brand new gutters installed because of the great customer service, professionalism and care I received previously. Working with roofing contractors on an insurance claim can be a bit overwhelming.
There are a lot of contractors out there looking to take advantage of you, the homeowner, and your insurance company.
David Chavez, made this an no- brainer. He and the 1st Choice team are such a pleasure to work with!
David earned trust by being thorough, patient, answering questions, offering product suggestions based on our feedback, explaining the insurance process, and working with getting our insurance company the information they needed in an expedited manner.
The work was scheduled and performed in a fast and efficient way, and the clean up was meticulous. David was out himself both evenings picked up trash and making sure nails were out of the work area.
He was great with my family and our dog, ensuring safety for us all.
Highly recommend and will be my first call for any future roof repairs.

With the recent storms, I decided to leave this review for those shopping for roof services.
I initially used 1st Choice Roofing in 2020, and I was assisted by Ben. He was great and serviced my gutters. This led me to return to 1st Choice in Nov 2021 to patch my roof.
They did the initial roof repair, but months later when I noticed the leak had not stopped - I contacted them again. While it took some time due to weather and schedules - they worked with me and made sure to come back out and reinspect my roof.
I can say that 1st Choice cares about customer opinion and their work.

This roofing company is very professional and highly recommendable. The whole process, from the inspection of the roof thru the completion of the project, was very transparent. My special praise for the project manager, Mr. Michael Gaitán; he is very knowledgeable and his technical explanations are very clear. He works tirelessly to solve your doubts and makes sure that you are satisfied as a customer.
