I am so upset. I feel like if I should have paid for the pizza. I can get a refund. The only good thing that was good for my order was the wings The pizza was not even cut And it was some type of burn refund please would appreciate it. I'm very disappointed. The service was ok then I was trying to be nice to the lady. She was too busy trying to get out and give pizza to her friends. I wish all that Effort would have been on my order too Next time be nice to the customers. When they're actually trying to be nice to you. You don't have to be friends , but at least trying to have common courtesy not everybody's is mean

I ordered my food through Pizza Hut’s website, to be delivered. Store on Ella Boulevard sent my order to Door Dash. Dasher picked up my order and cancelled it, in other words stole it. Store giving me the run arounds about contacting Door Dash: which in turn sent me back to the store. I placed my order with Pizza Hit they should be responsible for my refund. 5 days later, still nothing and store manager is never there. I am beyond frustrated and need my money now!

Ordered pizza online. Delivery time continued to rise. Called several times before someone answered to check on order. Was given less than pleasant communication on the phone. Decided to pick up food. Once I got home noticed pizza was missing toppings, wings did not have the requested sauce and they gave us the wrong desert. While I understand the climate we are in, I do believe there should be a stronger process. This falls on leadership.
Update: the pizza was terrible. I normally finish the whole thing but I was unable to. The wings also were terrible. Ugh!

I ordered food from them well tried and the man or whoever in the store called me before the driver left to tell me they otw , the driver never showed up I called the store and the man gone tell me the driver just came back to the store he tried calling you , like call me for what if Yall suppose to deliver it ; the instructions was clear as day , no gate code wasnt hard to come in the gate to deliver the food worst place ever wouldn’t eat there at all bad customer service

they no longer have drivers, they send all deliveries through doordash. and at this point it feels like half of all dashers just do the job to steal your food.
on top of that, they force you into some indian call center insyead of just answering the phone.
so god forbid you have an issue with your delivery cause youre gonna have to wait for the call center, who sends you to the store, who sends you to door dash, who sends you BACK to the call center, who FINALLY AFTER 2 HOURS gets your order redelivered with another dasher who just cancels ypur delivery and steals your food again.
god. friggin. awful.
hire drivers and answer the phone, stop oursourcing through 87 different middlemen.
