The staff is sooo friendly and helpful great experience!! My puppy broke his paw and my apt was at 10:00 but I got there earlier and they seen me earlier than my apt. Just a great experience all around from beginning to end. 💯

I have been coming to this vet for years, and the management here has gone down the drain. I called yesterday to see about times to move my dog’s appointment up, the tech on the phone confirmed the new time, and I asked repeatedly as she said 3 different dogs’ names to confirm that my dog has the right appointment time. I drive 30 minutes to get to the appointment first thing in the morning, and they say that my appointment is 2 hours later…and there’s no one else there and they can’t accommodate what was said on their end. This is the last time I come to this vet.

I had brought my 2 year old yorkie in for a check up and shots. Can I first start off by saying how amazing Madison is at the front desk. I was having a rough day and even having a vet bill, Madison was able to make me smile and have a smooth visit. Wish there were more people in the world as kind as Madison and the Lake Olympian Animal hospital crew.

Truly what an amazing group of people. The staff at Lake Olympia have gone over & beyond with helping with not only all our veterinary needs, but assisting our family deal with the loss of our beloved pet dog, Kevin. They provided us with a private room & care as we said goodbyes to our special boy. In following weeks we were provided a wonderfully crafted & beautiful urn & paw print casting, along with a truly thoughtful sympathy card with all the signatures of the staff members. We will forever cherish the gifts and memories that those at Lake Olympia have given our family.
10/10 the best veterinary hospital in the state of Texas.
